Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to be shipped out to you once your order has been placed.
 
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
  • 2-3 business days for local mail (Lower Mainland)
  • 3-4 business days for mail within the province (BC)
  • 4-5 business days for national mail
The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the US is 4-7 business days.
 
The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to another country (except the US) is 4-9 business days.
 
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. Allow extra time during times of global pandemic.
